At Mi Querida Cocina, we are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We believe every guest should be able to enjoy a seamless online experience when viewing our menu, placing an order, or learning about our restaurant.
We work with web developers, web accessibility specialists, and legal counsel to make our website accessible, consistent with the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard.

Our website, in both its English and Spanish versions, is reviewed using WebAIM’s WAVE and Deque’s axe evaluation tools, color contrast analysis, and manual keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader checks. We re-evaluate the website after significant changes and on a periodic basis. Because automated tools cannot detect every possible barrier, we also welcome feedback from our visitors (see Assistance below).
Online ordering is provided by third-party platforms (Uber Eats and DoorDash). If you have difficulty ordering online, please call us at 407-654-6393 and we will gladly take your order by phone.
Most recent evaluation: October 16, 2026. All public pages, in English and Spanish, were reviewed with axe (WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules) and the main pages with WAVE, with no errors detected; issues found during manual keyboard and screen-reader testing were corrected.
The Accessibility Widget
This website contains a third-party plugin, also known as a Widget, called ‘WordPress Accessibility Plugin – Readabler’ (“Readabler”), which is powered by this third party’s dedicated accessibility server. Use of this Widget can improve website access for many users, particularly related to certain types of disabilities. Readabler makes efforts to follow to some degree the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). On our website, the Readabler widget is located in the BOTTOM-LEFT CORNER of all pages (in the mobile version, it is also integrated in the bottom menu ribbon together with other important links). The widget is an optional convenience; it is not a substitute for the accessibility built into our website.
